No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law) Hibana ticket and gift items are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.
Gift Collection Details and Instructions: Instructions on collecting your Hibana gifts will be sent via email (to the email address submitted at the time of purchase) approximately five (5) days before the show. If you do not receive this correspondence five (5) days prior, please email VIP@frontiertouring.com
Ticket Components Subject to Change: All Hibana ticket components may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product. In ordering a Hibana ticket, you are providing consent for your contact details to be provided to Frontier Touring in order to distribute information relating to your ticket components.
Arrival Time: A component of your ticket may require you to be at the venue at a designated time. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of this ticket type.
Gift Items: All components are to be picked up at the venue, night of the show. Frontier Touring will not be able to mail Hibana gift items to you after the event.
Artist Interaction: There is NO ARTIST INTERACTION OR INVOLVEMENT ON DAY OF SHOW.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Hibana Ticket Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
