PLEASE NOTE: The VIP On the Dirt package does not include entry to the main event. A seated event ticket needs to be purchased in addition.

This PBR VIP on the Dirt Experience is being provided by the promoter, Professional Bull Riders Australia Pty Ltd (VIP Provider). Any enquiries can be directed via email to ticketing@pbr.com

By purchasing and using/participating in the PBR VIP on the Dirt Experience, you (the Purchaser, you) agree to the following terms and conditions (which are in addition to Ticketek's terms and conditions of sale, located at https://premier.ticketek.com.au/content/buyers/termsofsale.aspx):

• A PBR VIP on the Dirt Experience ticket must be purchased in addition to a general admission ticket to the PBR Monster Energy Origin event, and does not include a general admission ticket. The PBR VIP on the Dirt Experience ticket is not refundable in the event that the Purchaser does not have a valid ticket of entry to the PBR Monster Origin event (on the same day).
• The PBR VIP on the Dirt Experience entitles the Purchaser up to a 45 minute experience in the arena on court with PBR athletes, protection athletes, contractors and a PBR all-star bull prior to the relevant PBR Monster Energy Origin event.
• The VIP on the Dirt Experience is scheduled to take place from approximately 5:00PM – 5:45PM, starting two hours prior to the relevant PBR Monster Energy Origin event.
• All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult with their own general admission ticket.
• Information provided at the time of purchase (name, address, e-mail, etc.) is the same information that will be utilised for individual contact requirements as applicable. It is incumbent on the Purchaser to ensure the accuracy and currency of the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
• All merchandise will be available to purchase on site on the day of the PBR Monster Energy Origin event.
• The Seller will offer a refund or exchange of the PBR VIP on the Dirt Experience ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the relevant venue, promoter or person responsible for the event (the “Seller”) (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). If a PBR Monster Energy Origin event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller then all liability is limited to the amount for which the PBR VIP on the Dirt Experience ticket was purchased.
• All merchandise, and amenities are subject to change and availability.
• The Seller is not responsible and will not provide a refund if the Purchaser is late to the experience or misses the entry time, unless otherwise required by law.
• No transfers or re-sales of the PBR VIP on the Dirt Experience tickets will be permitted under any circumstances; All PBR VIP on the Dirt Experience tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.
• The Purchaser consents to their data being provided by Ticketek to the VIP Provider and/or Seller for the sole purpose of facilitating delivery of the PBR VIP on the Dirt Experience and providing necessary instructions, and in accordance with the Ticketek Privacy Policy.
• The VIP Provider and/or Seller, sponsors, athletes, Ticketek and any other associated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product or experience.
• All PBR VIP on the Dirt Experience purchases may vary market-by-market and are subject to modification or cancellation at any time. Any required changes to PBR VIP on the Dirt Experience purchases will be communicated promptly to your email address provided or other contact details. Where an inclusion or experience in a PBR VIP on the Dirt Experience is no longer available the Seller will use reasonable endeavours to substitute for another inclusion or experience of equivalent value.
• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Ticketek terms and conditions of sale, the Ticketek terms and conditions shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
• By participating in the VIP on the Dirt Experience, the Purchaser hereby agrees that their name, photographic and/or video image, and voice may be used in any media, whether now known or hereafter invented, throughout the world for the VIP Provider and/or the Sellers and Ticketek's promotional or archival purposes.
